Common questions

How do I delete my account? Open the app, go to Settings → Delete Account, and confirm. This permanently removes your login; past scores are kept anonymously as part of other players' round history. Full details, including how to request deletion by email if you no longer have the app, are on our Delete Your Account and Data page.
How do I set up a game? Start a round, pick one or more games (Skins, Nassau, Sixes, Points 5-3-1, Match Play, and more), assign players and tees, then enter scores hole by hole. Halved handles the handicaps, live results, and the settle-up at the end.
Forgot your password? An account admin can reset member passwords from Manage Members. If you're the admin and need help, email us at the address above.
